Assistant Director/Communication Services 
Financial Aid Office 
University of Northern Iowa Represents the Financial Aid Office in making presentations to various groups; provides general direction and supervision to the reception area; directs, implements, trains, and supervises staff in student employment; oversees the design, development, and distribution of all financial aid publications; counsels students and parents; and develops and implements standards of financial aid progress.  Bachelor’s degree plus at least three years of experience in Higher Education, Marketing or related area plus at least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity of full time staff required.  Public speaking experience and evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills required.  Evidence of making presentations to groups necessary.
