From sjoyner at otag.org Wed Feb 13 09:27:49 2002 From: sjoyner at otag.org (Joyner, Shiela) Date: Tue Mar 23 20:21:49 2004 Subject: [Oasfaa] OTAG Funding Commitments Message-ID: <67B1776185FFD311926100805FC11F9D95798E@HANDEL> Good Morning, Now that drop and add period has ended for most schools, we are asking for your assistance in releasing any OTAG funds that are currently committed to students who are not enrolled or are otherwise ineligible. We have a number of schools that have submitted previous Confirmation Reports yet still have a number of students for whom funding commitments remain outstanding since funds have not been requested and they have not been reported for cancellation. On your next OTAG Confirmation Report please report all students listed as either "ready to disburse" OR report a reason for cancellation. We need your assistance in identifying funds made available through cancellations as quickly as possible. As reported earlier, we are working with a very tight situation this year in which we must expend all available state funds in order to meet our matching funds requirement for our federal LEAP/SLEAP dollars. We appreciate your assistance in identifying uncommitted funds as quickly as possible and in returning your completed Disbursement Reports AND all unissued funds within 30 days of receipt. Please contact the OTAG office if we can be of assistance to you in this process. *********************** Shiela Joyner, Director Oklahoma Tuition Aid Grant Program Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education P.
