[Oasfaa] Experian Outage

OGSLP has been notified that Experian (the service provider for all of our
credit checks) is experiencing technical difficulties which will cause a
delay of credit reports.  Batches outstanding from 2/26/02 and 2/27/02 are
also affected which means no credit decisions have been returned from
Experian to be posted.  OGSLP will advise via email as soon as we are
notified that the situation has been resolved.
