[Oasfaa] Application Response and Application Image files

[Client Relations]

Clients who have been experiencing problems receiving their Application
Response and Application Image files will be pleased to know that the
problem has been resolved and re-created files are being sent. 

If you are a Whizkid user you will need to pull in response files by
selecting both Rapid Response and Regular Response to receive all of your
files.

If you should experience any problems, please contact OGSLP's Client
Relations Department.
