From mcarter at mailclerk.ecok.edu Tue Jul 23 17:09:32 2002 From: mcarter at mailclerk.ecok.edu (Marcia Carter) Date: Tue Mar 23 20:21:56 2004 Subject: [Oasfaa] Nominations for SWASFAA offices Message-ID: Just a reminder that nominations for the 2003 SWASFAA positions should be submitted by Friday, July 26. Positions available are: President-Elect and Delegates-at-Large from Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. Candidates must be regular members of SWASFAA, possess strong leadership abilities, and have a commitment to the growth of SWASFAA. Nominations may be submitted on line by logging on to the SWASFAA web site at www.swasfaa.org Click on the "Inside SWASFAA" section and then go the Officer Nomination Form. You may nominate individuals for any of the positions available, and you can use the same form for all four positions instead of submitting a form for each person you wish to nominate, if nominating more than one individual. Please be sure that you have received the person's willingness to seek election before submitting their name. If you have an interest in one of the positions or would like me contact someone regarding any of the four positions, please let me know. We anticipate an estimated 24,000 awards by year's end. Much work remains to be done. The beginning of the fall semester is fast approaching, and still 42 institutions have not yet submitted their first completed Eligibility Status Report which is necessary in order to proceed with the awarding process. All schools have now received at least one Eligibility Status Report, and we ask for your cooperation in returning your completed report as soon as possible to enable us to proceed with awarding your students before the fall semester starts. Your assistance and cooperation is appreciated. If you have questions regarding the OTAG reporting or awarding processes, please contact our office. *********************** Shiela Joyner, Director Oklahoma Tuition Aid Grant Program Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education P.
