<BR>Summary of Position: Assist the director in all aspects of administering
<BR>federal, state, institutional and privately sponsored financial aid by
<BR>insuring the integrity of the computer support system, financial management &
<BR>compliance w/all relevant federal & state statutes. Minimum Qualifications: A
<BR>Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from
<BR>which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Five
<BR>to seven years experience in Student Financial Aid is necessary. A Master's
<BR>degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Education is
<BR>preferred. Detailed Description of Duties: Supervise loan coordinator,
<BR>training coordinator, medical school financial aid coordinator, programmer
<BR>analyst-expert and system support analyst-entry. Oversee computer software
<BR>enhancement and maintenance. Review and report federal and state legislation
<BR>and regulatory changes on issues related to financial aid. Prepare financial
<BR>aid office policy and procedure statements for director’s review. Coordinate
<BR>Federal Work Study program. Monitor and report fund balances on federal,
<BR>state and institutional aid programs. Supervise completion of institution,
<BR>state and federal financial aid reports. Render interpretations to
<BR>professional staff on federal and state law and regulations. Coordinate
