style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>This position is responsible for the day
to day operation of the department, and delivery of correct, confidential
financial aid services to students.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>In addition, the Assistant Director supports the Director of Financial
Aid in all areas of responsibility.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

with Elm student loan interface, NSLDS, and ED Express software, FFELP loans,
training staff, providing consultation to students in person and by phone;
performing refund calculations, follow-through on delinquent loans, compilation
of survey data and making some public
presentations.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

Bachelors Degree and at least three years experience in a university financial
