regarding this subject (copy attached), I stated that, if necessary, the
guidance memo which was attached to my Memo will be updated.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>In response to questions asked by
institutions after the guidance memo was sent out, an updated guidance memo has
been prepared by the OSRHE staff.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>That updated guidance memo is attached.<SPAN

updated guidance memo be sent to those persons at your institution who will be
directly involved in implementing HB1804, SB820 and the new State Regents
policy.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>They should read the memo
as soon as possible, and then keep it handy to be referred to and used as a
checklist when analyzing the eligibility of a particular student.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>It is suggested that the original
January 2, 2008 version of the guidance memo be discarded and replaced by the
updated version in all relevant files at your institution.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></P>

and I realize that you and your staff may still have questions after the updated

contact the appropriate OSRHE staff person listed on page 7 of the memo

necessary, the memo will be updated again in the future to address those
