<P><FONT FACE="Arial">Attached for your information is an updated spreadsheet that compares 2008-2009 OTAG award commitments as of today with final 2007-2008 awards and expenditures for each institution.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE="Arial">While the final date for submitting OTAG fall 2008 award claims is Friday, November 14, we would appreciate the cooperation of all institutions in submitting their remaining award claims for the fall semester without delay. The sooner we can determine our final expenditures for fall, the sooner we can make decisions and notify all institutions regarding any changes in the 2008-09 OTAG awarding cutoff (currently EFC 1700 and FAFSA receipt date 4/30/08).</FONT></P>
