12.0pt'>We have changed the evening event format a little this year from what
we have done in the past for dinner<font color=black><span style='color:black'>
and entertainment</span></font>. This year<font color=black><span
style='color:black'>, dinner on your own </span></font>will <font color=black><span
style='color:black'>be</span></font> on Wednesday night and a President’s
Reception (look for more details in the days ahead) <font color=black><span
style='color:black'>will be </span></font>on Thursday night.<font color=black><span
style='color:black'> </span></font>Wednesday night, attendees will be
responsible for <font color=black><span style='color:black'>paying for </span></font>their<font
color=black><span style='color:black'> own</span></font> evening meal; however,
the entertainment committee will be organizing areas in the restaurants that
will allow you to dine with others from the association<font color=black><span
style='color:black'> if you would like to do so</span></font>. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

the sign-up list</a> (which will be updated every day) to see who will be
joining the group for a specific restaurant. Don’t worry; if you
change your mind at the last minute that’s not a problem, we’re
really trying to get an approx number for seating arrangements. An
entertainment committee member will greet you at the entrance of each
restaurant on Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

$10 game card for each OASFAA attendee who wants one. The cards can be picked

will be waiting at the entrance. For anyone who does not choose a
specific restaurant you will need to look for the person with a helium balloon
who can provide you your card.<o:p></o:p></p>
