letters this year indicate that the student has met the high school requirements
of the program, but it also informs them that several more
conditions must be met. Below is partial text of the award

responsible for documenting to the OSRHE that students have completed the high
school requirements. Eligibility is ultimately determined by the OSRHE.<SPAN
