<div>the rules'. I think I'll have that used in my obituary 'Pam is dead pursuant to the rules.'. It certainly sounds more interesting than the standard 'sudden illness', etc. Makes it sound like I committed the ultimate foul in basketball and they executed
me instead of just throwing me out of the game!</div>
