<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:blue">Over the last several years financial aid administrators have voiced concerns about disruptions, inconsistencies, and lack of quality servicing on federal student
loans. It has been difficult to fully grasp the extent to which servicing issues exist and to understand the disparate servicing practices between various servicers. To address these issues, the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators
(NASFAA) and the National Direct Student Loan Coalition created a task force to examine issues related to student loan servicing.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D"> The task force has created a survey in order to assist them in better understanding current servicing issues and practices when making recommendations to Federal
Student Aid (FSA) and loan contractors on how to improve the process for borrowers. Specifically, the purpose of this survey is to learn which issues borrowers are experiencing and if those issues are pervasive.
