<u>recent</u> tax filers who couldn’t get one that quickly because their taxes were still being processed. But that has been happening all year and was anticipated by IRS and ED.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#5B9BD5">But while we are on the subject, we’ve had a good number of families affected by the IRS hacking and/or IRS identity theft. That has caused considerable angst.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#5B9BD5">Yes, but with the on-line down, they had allowed walk-in service. So the student/parent can get it on the spot.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
