<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">With the opening of the 2017-2018 FAFSA filing cycle on October 1<sup>st</sup>, please remember that there will be no initial FAFSA filing “priority consideration” date for
OTAG. The FAFSA will indicate “As soon as possible after October 1, 2016. Awards made until funds are depleted.” for Oklahoma filers. I plan to do an analysis in December and January to project a possible date for priority consideration. However, as in
the past, a FAFSA filing deadline cannot be finalized until state appropriations are completed and allocations have been made by the Regents in late May.
