</span></span></span><![endif]><span style="font-size:14.0pt">SB 529, which would make significant changes to Oklahoma’s Promise, passed the House Appropriations and Budget Subcommittee on Education yesterday by a vote of 9 yes, 1 no. You can find how each

and a reception following the rally at 1:30 p.m. The reception will feature Dippin’ Dots and cupcakes [<u>donated;</u>
<u>not paid for with state funds</u>] celebrating the 25<sup>th</sup> birthday of Oklahoma’s Promise. Some state-system institutions will also be bringing current OKPromise scholarship recipients earlier in the day to meet and have lunch with their legislators.
This is not reflected in this notice for the general audience.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
