<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">and a completion rate of less than 30%. He states in the appeal that he was unable to get refills for his depression and anxiety meds because he is an hour from home and doesn't have a car. (He can't
get meds at a pharmacy because he has to get them from his tribal facility due to costs.)<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">My first inclination is to deny the appeal because it wasn't extenuating circumstances that popped up after he was in school. This is a situation that he was aware of and the family failed to get
a plan together before he came to campus. But, then when you look at the mental health aspect.....<o:p></o:p></span></p>
