</span></b><span style="font-size:10.5pt;color:black">Baylor University is seeking an experienced Director of Institutional Planning and Assessment. Located in the Institutional Effectiveness department, this critical role is responsible for assimilating and
analyzing data at the institutional level in an effort to facilitate a robust and ongoing assessment of university programs and student learning outcomes. Additionally, this position ensures year-round compliance with SACSCOC requirements, designs and implements
institutional planning initiatives, and oversees continuous improvement strategies that complement the university’s efforts with regard to accreditation compliance.
