To respond to your request about whether 3 weeks is enough time - For me, it depends on how many changes to our normal processes we are going to be required to make. For example, we did not adjust instruction modes in our system for our courses when we moved
to no face-to-face meetings. Most were moved to online but some were moved to synchronous virtual meetings.</p>
