From cbrown at osrhe.edu Tue Apr 26 09:55:28 2005 From: cbrown at osrhe.edu (Brown, Cynthia) Date: Wed Apr 27 08:41:34 2005 Subject: [Okepas] ACT reminder Message-ID: ACT would like to remind educators that June is a great time for students to take the ACT. In most cases students completing their junior year have taken the coursework covered on the ACT. The advantages of testing in June are: (1) Students taking the assessment can return to school in the fall ready to select and apply to the colleges in which they are interested. (2) Students have time to retest in October if their scores are not what they had hoped for or need. (3) The June 11 test administration offers the "Test Information Release" option to receive a copy of test questions and answers. Utilizing this service will help the student prepare for fall testing if needed. June 11 is the last assessment date for this school year. Regular registration is May 6, with the late registration deadline of May 20. If you have questions about this note or registering for the ACT, please call ACT-Austin office @ 512-345-1949. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
