[Okepas] EPAS testing window extended

Friends and EPAS Coordinators,
Because several districts have not received their EXPLORE or PLAN
testing materials in a timely way, I am extending the assessment window
to the end of October.  
If you still haven't received your materials, please email
Alexa.Moretsky at act.org.  Alexa has been very helpful in getting this all
straightened out.
