Unfortunately, our criteria was not clearly stated on our application.
The scholarship is limited to students that attend school in our Credit
Union's field of Membership which includes the following counties in
Oklahoma; Canadian, Cleveland, Logan, Pottawatomie and Oklahoma. 
 
I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are still
very excited to offer these amounts! Since we are a non-profit
Foundation, we are bound to adhere to the rules the IRS has set for us.
