[Okepas] EXPLORE and PLAN ordering for 2010-2011

Oklahoma Colleagues,

ACT has discovered multiple instances where Oklahoma districts have not
followed the manual.  They have caught and fixed many instances of this
error, but are unable to guarantee catching all of these errors.
 
So if you have not ordered your materials yet, please be sure to follow
the instructions in the attached Instruction Letter and Ordering Manual
to ensure that your order is properly processed.  Please note:
 
*       ALL the needed information for placing the order for your
district including the web portal address and the Contract Access Code
is in the manual
 
*       For Step 3 on page 7 of the Ordering Manual, when selecting the
site, be sure to select a SCHOOL from the drop down list and not the
district name.
