[OkStudentPrep] Save the Date for the Student Preparation Workshops

Good morning,
Thanks to all that have been attending the Student Preparation Fall Workshops for many years.  We are excited to announce we are expanding our agenda to offer you more information. We will continue to have a similar schedule in the morning presenting updates on legislation, OKPromise, Math Pathways, OKcollegestart, PreACT, ACT, and other resources from the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.

At each location we are adding a Concurrent Enrollment College Discussion Panel during a working lunch.  This will give you an opportunity to talk with the institutions in your region and ask questions specific to your students.  We are working on the details regarding the working lunch and will let you know the specifics in August.

We are also excited to add an afternoon session with Theresa Shaklee to assist you with your ICAP on OKCollegeStart.
OKcollegestart reminder:  OKcollegestart has a new tutorial video<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpHAsobzllc&list=PL0eVNoMNVSGUnvf2YmG5FUZSjypPMI3hg&index=11&t=0s> to walk you through the process of customizing your school’s ICAP. Don’t forget the most recent versions of all OKcollegestart training materials are found on the Resources tab of your Professional Center account!

We will send an email in August through the OKEPAS list serv, regarding the details of our fall workshops and our Student Preparation Conferences.

If you plan to change school districts or you have new administration, counselors, coordinators, please send us the new email address so they can be added to our list serv.
