Dear Educators,
Thank you for your hard work every day to inspire and care for all our students.  I wanted to reach out to you about a few updates as follows:

  1.  Public school superintendents or school leaders for private schools must have access to the online reporting system so they can assign others access and also designate personnel to complete the accommodations process through TAA. If they do not have access, please have them fill out an online form here: https://pages2.act.org/trusted-agent.html


  1.  A PreACT reports webinar series can be accessed here: PreACT Data for Educators<https://success.act.org/s/article/PreACT-Data-for-Educators-Webinar-Series>



This 4-part on-demand webinar series provides educators with an overview of some of the data returned to schools after PreACT testing. This series will cover the following four reports: Student Score Report, Educator Report, Early Intervention Rosters, and Item Response Summary Report.



  1.  Spring District/School Day testing enrollment is now open. You have online or paper options and pricing is based on free and reduced lunch status. Billing will be based on students' tests scored. Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors can participate in district testing.  District/School Day testing has no impact on the state testing. In addition, I would encourage you to sign up for a webinar series airing on October 26, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. CST on District/School Day testing that outlines the process, procedures and benefits of taking the ACT on a school day.   1.  ACT Certified Educator now has an online option. Please go to ACT Certified Educator<https://www.act.org/content/act/en/products-and-services/act-certified-educator-k12-schools.html> to learn more about how you can access teaching strategies that advance students' abilities to successfully master the core skills needed for college success.



  1.  ACT will be discontinuing printing and shipping graduating class Profile Reports. For this school year, ACT will be processing these reports for schools and districts in a pdf format. These reports will be available to you upon request in mid-October. To receive a copy of this report, email us at gradclassreports at act.org<mailto:gradclassreports at act.org>.



  1.  Don't forget to utilize ACT Academy <https://academy.act.org/>  for K-12 resources as well as a free personalized study plan based on previous scores from the ACT test, PreACT, Official ACT practice tests, and in-platform diagnostics.



  1.  Public school test coordinators need to be on the lookout for an e-mail from ACT about managing participation<https://success.act.org/s/article/The-ACT-Manage-Participation-in-PearsonAccessnext> for the junior ACT funded assessment through OKSDE. The e-mail should go out towards the end of this month.
