Good afternoon,
 Our fall workshops begin in less than two weeks! So register now! Don't forget to order your PreACT for all 10th graders. Lastly, our overnight conference registrations are open. Space is limited, so register soon!
Student Preparation Fall Workshops

  *   Student Preparation Fall Workshops will be hosted in various regions throughout the state during the month of September at no cost to you. Register for a Fall Workshop near you. Schedule and registration are on our website: https://okhighered.org/student-prep/.

Topics will include: Student Prep updates, Preparing your students for college, Concurrent Enrollment, PreACT/ACT updates, Oklahoma's Promise, ICAP, OKcollegestart, FAFSA, OSRHE resources
For each free workshop, registration and continental breakfast (provided by ACT) begin at 8 a.m., and the workshop lasts from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

PreACT

  *   The ordering window for the 10th PreACT funded by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education opened on August 1st.

Remember:

  *   Program: Choose the OK STATE REGENTS FOR HIGHER ED 2022-23 GRADE 10 ONLY
  *   DTCs-If your district has not offered the PreACT in recent years and is not setup with ACT please email Annette Long along at osrhe.edu<mailto:along at osrhe.edu>
  *   When ordering do not use a PO Box for address, use a physical address
  *   Do not choose expedited shipping, it incurs a charge
  *   Be sure and click "I agree to Terms and Conditions" and "Place Order" at the end of ordering
  *   You will get a confirmation number and will receive a confirmation email when you order correctly
  *   We provide the 10th grade PreACT for all public and private schools.
The PreACT offers a wealth of information which begins with the pre-administration section and continues with the assessment. This information helps guide your students, parents, and staff to prepare students for college readiness.

Reminder - ACT test fee waivers

  *   Be sure to log in to readiness.act.org<http://click.operations.act.org/?qs=933e36deb8eb764fc21dbcb1092ef524345618dd37bed3a30bb293c01d3a8eb90c2c57e6262f26d427dd4abbbe41817406d32303ee35c135> and order 2022-2023 ACT(r) test fee waivers!

After placing your order, waivers will be delivered to the email address you have on file with ACT in 7-10 business days. However, current waivers from the 2021-2022 school year are valid through August 31, 2022.
Identifying Eligible Examinees

Please be sure to provide fee waivers only to examinees who meet the Fee Waiver Eligibility Requirements<http://click.operations.act.org/?qs=933e36deb8eb764f85514549d352e4767d4f227e08e875c0c7a4ea07e0a1d685a0d000954d826c6233ed36f2839c949728dafb55cbc960ea> because funds are limited. Once funds are exhausted, waiver requests will no longer be accepted, and the codes on the waiver will not work when applied in MyACT,
