<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#1F497D">A question relative to Proficiency Based promotion came up at more than one site so I’m sending two relevant links. The first link is to the PBP State Board rules:

information annually making the opportunity available twice yearly.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
