The Oklahoma State Department of Education is committed to preparing students for post-secondary success in both college and careers. As part of our commitment to Oklahoma students, we are proud to offer an

<b><i>additional opportunity</i></b> this spring for all 11th and 12th grade students to take the optional ACT WorkKeys Assessments at no cost to schools. WorkKeys offers students the opportunity to earn a National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), used

 by employers nationwide for hiring, training, and career development of their employees.  In addition,

<b><i>Oklahoma schools may now use WorkKeys as part of their accountability each year,</i></b> potentially earning schools additional points on their accountability rating.

<b>The testing window for WorkKeys is from February 17th to March 13th.</b></div>
