<p class="MsoNormal">I also need advice how you treat match funds received from other OSHRE schools or state funded tech centers? We found that some university match funds are treated as “other” and some are treated as state. We think the two should be the
same unless the funds are coming from a foundation. Do the other schools distinguish if other self-generated funds (at the university) from student enrollment fees, vendor sales, or ticket sales be “other” as well?<o:p></o:p></p>
