<p class="MsoNormal">We have federal payments via SF-270 that have been pending since 6/29/2023 with a particular federal agency. I want to know if the grantee is owed interest on late Federal reimbursement the same as a Federal contractor.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I reviewed the Prompt Payment Act and it clearly applies to the Federal government making prompt payments on Federal contracts. But I can’t find if this extends to Federal grants.

<p class="MsoNormal">What I have found that pertains to grants is, if the grantee incurs late payments or penalties, that cannot be passed on to the Federal grant.
