I haven't so I'm tapping ya'll. Apparently it is a scholarship service that takes the information of low income students and matches them with high-powered schools, i.e., Harvard etc. If there is a match then it is a contract similar to Early Decision. Each presentation room is equipped with a projector, screen and T-1 line to the internet. 45 minutes are allowed for this kind of presentation. This kind of presentation constitutes the majority of slots on the conference program. Panel Presentation This type of presentation typically involves a moderator and three or four panelists with extensive experience or knowledge related to the panel topic. The moderator and the panelists generally are from distinct organizations (e.g., they are not from the same company, university or government agency). The moderator acts as the Emcee and proposes questions to the panelists as well as relaying questions from the attendees. 1 hour 30 minutes are allowed for this kind of panel presentation. During the course of the conference, 3 to 4 panel presentations will be accepted for inclusion in the program. Abstracts Please submit abstract(s) of your proposed presentation(s) (up to 100 words per topic suggested) on the SALT website (www.salt.org). Abstracts will be considered for an individual presentation, or as a participant in a panel discussion. A proceedings will be prepared and you should provide a paper and/or your presentation slides prior to the conference for inclusion in the proceedings.
