We have concluded that there are <u>two options</u> for all higher education institutions in Oklahoma to meet the NIH and NSF requirement for Responsible Conduct of Research training for students and postdoctoral researchers on their campuses. (See the attached documents: NIH UPDATE ON THE REQUIREMENT FOR INSTRUCTION IN THE RESPONSIBLE CONDUCT OF RESEARCH and NSF RESPONSIBLE CONDUCT OF RESEARCH TRAINING REQUIREMENT).
