Research recognizes outstanding young investigators who have made significant contributions to increase the understanding of cancer or improve the treatment of the disease through basic or clinical research.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="Pa2"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;font-family:"Candara","sans-serif";color:#221E1F">The Paul Marks Prize is awarded every other year to up to three investigators. The first recipients were named in 2001. The winners will present their work at a scientific
symposium at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and share a cash award of $150,000.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
