C, MPI, Matlab/Octave, R, Linux, and LaTeX, using the state-of-art 240-node cluster in the UMBC High Performance Computing Facility (<a href="http://www.umbc.edu/hpcf"><span style="color:windowtext;text-decoration:none">www.umbc.edu/hpcf</span></a>). The research
