We wanted to let folks know that there's a new open source (free) research administration system that was released by the Ariah Group on April 1st and available for download and evaluation.

The system includes <b>pre-award</b> (proposals, budgets and system to system), <b>
negotiations</b>, <b>post award</b> (awards, time and money, and subawards), <b>conflict of interest</b>,
<b>IRB </b>and <b>IACUC</b> functionality. This is something that a tech savvy group could download and begin using immediately. You can log in and check it out at the demonstration link below.<br>
