<p class="MsoNormal">Here is an article about OSU paring seasoned researchers with newer faculty members. I suggest that you, the Offices of Sponsored Programs, give thought to how you could implement such a pairing on your campus. Perhaps it would just be
for a semester of scheduled discussion time over lunch. Perhaps it would be just one professional development session where the pairs come together to share a pre-set of questions. If funded researchers would consider adding a new faculty member to their research
team in some way, just shadowing perhaps, that would be useful to promote grantsmanship/research and spread the accomplishments.
