an <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Oklahoma</st1:place></st1:State>
college or university. The Cox Connects Foundation, which is sponsored by Cox
employees, is now taking applications for its scholarships. Applicants must
live in the Cox service area. Those eligible include parents older than 25,
2009 high school graduates or current career tech or college students. The
application deadline is March 6. More than $50,000 in awards will be given.
School counselors and college financial aid offices have applications. For more
