FINAL PAPERWORK</STRONG></FONT></SPAN></DIV>

for the 2009 OKPromise seniors was mailed to the schools on April 30 and May
1. If you have not received yours, please check with your school's office
to see if it possibly just hasn't made it to your desk yet. If you need
extra copies of the Program Verification (PV), Summer Contact form or the
Curriculum Checklist, there are blank copies on our website at <A
href="http://www.okhighered.org/okpromise/hs-contact-info.shtml">http://www.okhighered.org/okpromise/hs-contact-info.shtml</A>.
We cannot accept PVs for students completing the program until the final
transcripts are available, however if you have students who are no longer
enrolled at your school or non-completers, feel free to mail them at any
time. Please send all forms to us no later than June 30 so
that we can get students notified as quickly as possible. If you
have circumstances that will push you beyond this date, please notify
us so that we can plan accordingly.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

students beginning June 1 and will continue throughout the summer.
However, in the meantime many of these questions are answered on our website at

college admission, Oklahoma’s Promise and the college preparatory/work-ready

approved for that purpose by the student’s school district. The student should
check with the school counselor to verify that the school district allows the
