point to two decimal points (e.g. from 2.5 to 2.50). <b>This change clarifies that rounding is not allowed.</b> High school students must have at least a 2.50 in the required 17-unit core curriculum AND at least a 2.50 for all courses taken in high school.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

three (3) years.” The change clarifies that the period is three calendar years. In other words, a 2012 graduate must begin college no later than the end of 2015.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="default"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The permanent rule changes were approved by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education at their meeting on January 31, 2013. They have been forwarded to the legislature
