<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">The SARA manual says that institutions must be accredited by an accreditor recognized by the USDE and whose scope of recognition, as specified by USDE, includes Distance
Education. My question is this: Does anyone require institutions to provide evidence that their accreditor has approved them to offer distance education, or do you just verify that the accreditor has that authority as specified by the USDE?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
