another round of higher education funding</a>. The first round was distributed to colleges to disburse as direct aid to students. The second round was distributed to Governors to apportion as they see fit to institutions within their states or jurisdictions. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Georgia",serif">From the Department's press release: "<i>The CARES Act allows institutions to use up to one half of the total funds received to cover any costs associated with significant changes to the delivery of instruction due
to the coronavirus.</i>" The total funding available is $6.2 Billion. <br>
