California, but some others) that had on-ground students that returned to their home states to complete their programs online - specifically due to COVID-19 closures. Are there any plans or discussions regarding flexibility for non-SARA participating institutions
that do not resume in-person classes in the fall and will instead offer online coursework to those out-of-state students who were originally enrolled to attend on-ground?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
