reasons for the proposed denial. The institution has the right to request a hearing. The hearing is conducted by an independent hearing officer. The Hearing Officer presents their findings of facts and conclusions of law to the Commission. The Commission
uses this to make their final decision. If the school disagrees with the Commission’s final decision they have the right to petition the District of Columbia Court of Appeals for review of the final decision.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
