presentation by internationally known artist Archie Held of Point Richmond,
California, of his proposal as the second of three artists under consideration
for the sculpture to be erected in the Alumni Walk of Fame in front of the USAO
Nash Library on the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma campus. His

architecture while making a dynamic statement that will draw people to the
location and reward them with a visual
