<p class="MsoNormal">Now that the fall semester is back in full swing I wanted to remind everyone of the mailroom rules and policies:<o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">All mailroom business is handled through Student Services on the 3<sup>rd</sup> Floor of the Student Center. This includes:<o:p></o:p></li><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="circle">
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo3">Checking out mailboxes<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo3">Picking up USPS packages<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo3">Returning/picking up mail keys<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">If you lose your mail key, there will be a $15 charge placed on your bill<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">I do not hold any flat mail (paper mail, magazines, bills, etc) for any one that does not have a mailbox checked out. If you are expecting something important please be sure to stop
by Student Services and check out a mailbox.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3"><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">The mailroom only handles USPS packages. Anything delivered by FedEx or UPS will be delivered to the Maintenance Plant across

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo3">Any USPS packages that are too large for your mailbox will be brought to Student Services. You will receive an email from Student Services when your package is ready to be picked
up.<o:p></o:p></li><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="square">
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level3 lfo3">Some package shippers, Amazon in particular, will show the package delivered when it has reached the Chickasha Post Office. This
<b>does not </b>mean that the package has arrived at the university. It is always best to wait for an email from Student Services or Danielle McAlister.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo3">You must have a mailbox checked out
<b>AND</b> have your Student ID with you to pick up a package!<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">Package pickup is during regular business hours only! 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
