<p class="MsoNormal"><b>HEALTH AND SAFETY CHECKS<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>November 9 – 13 between the hours of 10:00am-8:00pm <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal">When performing Health and Safety Checks, staff will:<o:p></o:p></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Look for a clear path to all doorways<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Look for unsafe placement of cords<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Look for maintenance concerns<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Look for pests<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Check the cleanliness of the apartment; rotting food, offensive odor, mold, and making sure trash and dishes are not over accumulated; not taking out the trash on a regular basis and leaving dirty dishes
to sit in the sink for long periods of time can attract unwanted pests <o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Address any other health and safety issues<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Document any policy violations<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
