<p class="MsoNormal">As we enter the final weeks of the term, I want to remind you all of some things that have
<b><u>not</u></b> changed in housing. <o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><u>Masks are still required in all buildings.</u> Please make sure you have your mask in the halls outside your rooms and in the Lawson Clubhouse.
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">The COVID visitation policy still stands. No one is to visit other residence halls.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Residents have been giving their IDs to allow others to gain access to certain areas. This an
<b><u>unauthorized entry</u></b> and disciplinary action will be taken. Do not give your ID or keys to anyone.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Moving out – In April, information will be provided regarding moving out of housing and summer placements. If you decide to move out anytime between now and the end of the term, please
email <a href="mailto:housing@usao.edu">housing@usao.edu</a> so that we can assist you with your next steps. Failure to complete a proper check out will be considered an illegal check out and residents will be fined.
