Works will begin removing their current machines from our facilities.</span><span style="mso-ligatures:none"><o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">
<strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;mso-ligatures:none;font-weight:normal">Dryer Duct Cleaning:</span></strong><span style="mso-ligatures:none"> An outside contractor will clean out the dryer ducts on August 12th to ensure optimal
efficiency for the new machines.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">
<strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;mso-ligatures:none;font-weight:normal">Installation of new machines by Jetz Services</span></strong><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;mso-ligatures:none">:</span></strong><span style="mso-ligatures:none">
From August 14th to August 15th, our new service provider, Jetz Services, will install state-of-the-art machines in all residence halls.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">These new machines will be compatible with the
</span><strong><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">Speed Queen Insights</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> app, allowing you to connect directly and effortlessly monitor your laundry's progress and check
machine availability.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">There will be a period of time (between 5-9 days) in which laundry services will briefly be unavailable as we make the transition to our new servicer.
