the Noel-Levitz Fact Finder surveys that your institutions completed in
late September.  One document is a summary for the
four-year/comprehensive universities and the other is for the two-year
colleges.  You will find the results both interesting and important as
we seek to improve our processes and results.

Also, within the next few days, we will forward an agenda and
registration information about the Noel-Levitz workshop that will be
held on December 7-8 at the Waterford Marriott in Oklahoma City.  The
workshop promises to be comprehensive and stimulating, covering many
aspects of enrollment management-- marketing & recruitment, retention,
strategic use of financial aid and more.
