The State System has been provided the opportunity through Vater's Office
Furniture to relocate existing modular units to an institution.  Please see
the attached letter from the company's president outlining the terms of the
agreement.  The modular units will be disassembled and must be picked up
during the week of August 20th and no later than August 28th.  If you are
interested, please let us know as soon as possible.
